Over the last few months, city officials have advanced the steps needed to redevelop the deteriorated Seaspray Condominiums. Now, for the first time, the public is getting a look at the proposed complex.
The redevelopment plan aims to replace the aging Seaspray Condominiums with a modern, multi-story residential complex. The new 43-unit complex by the HOW Group was designed to meet current building codes, and community members have expressed cautious optimism.

Included in the agenda, the proposed complex will have amenities like a fitness center, dog washing station, electric vehicle charging stations, a pool, outdoor showers, and parking.
