Seaspray Condominiums, located at 3313 Bay Avenue, was officially designated in need of rehabilitation by the Ocean City Planning Board during their meeting on September 10, 2025.

The condominiums, which have been vacant for more than two years, have developed into an eyesore. Due to its prime location, the deteriorating building is the first sight of many visitors.

At this time, the exact plans for the site are unknown. Developers have expressed interest, and even placed bids on the property, but nothing has officially been announced.

During the “Icona at Wonderland” debates, many against the hotel suggested Developer Eustace Mita could purchase Seaspray Condos and build his mega-hotel project. Mita didn’t love that idea.
