Port-O-Call Unveils $23,000 Monthly Stay Options in OCNJ
The Port-O-Call Hotel in Ocean City, New Jersey has unveiled a new $23,000 option for summer visitors.

The Port-O-Call in Ocean City, New Jersey has announced their new 30-day-stay as an alternative to “pricey Shore home rentals” with a starting price of ~$16,000.
Packages under the program start around $16,000, which includes a standard city-facing room with two standard beds. There is also another option that can increase up to $23,000+, this includes a “corner king” room with coastline views.

This package is designed for singles, couples, and smaller families according to hotel executives. Visitors will be able to book their 30-day-stays from June 15th - September 1st, 2025.
Hotel and rental prices in OCNJ have sparked plenty of discussion over the years, and we’re sure a lot of eyes will be on this package. If you want to compare this nightly price to other rentals and hotels, a standard room under this new package would be around ~$530/night, and coastline rooms $760/night (these are estimates).
